VIENNA, October 12. The latest reports of the Emperor's health are rather unfavourable.
A monster demonstration va» held at Bud* Peeth in favour of universal suffrage. Work closed for the whole day throughout the country. Ninety thousand workers participated in an orderly procession in the streets.
