New Plymouth—Wind. W.S.W. gale; fcarouieter, 29.40; thermometer, 58; showery; sea very rough. ■ Castlepcint—Wind, N.W.. moderate ga'.o; barometer, 29.10; thermometer, S3; showery; sea smooth. Wellington—Wind, X.W. breeze; barometer, 20.06; thermometer, 65; weather fin*. Weetport—-Wind, W.S.W. gale; barometer, 20.17; thermometer, 49; showery; tea. very heavy. Kaikoura—Wind, S.W, light; barometer. 28.08; thermometer, 34; threatening appearance; eea slight. Bluff-Wind. S.W., fresh ; barometer, 20.09; thermometer, 47; showery. Southerly gales aro probable generally, and unsettled and windy weather is to be looked for until the 17th. when the barometer will bo very low in the south.
