Taylor, of Wai- j runa, his Waipahi property, being section 1 block VIII. and part section 8 block 11. Waipahi district, containing 3029 acres of sweet warm lying sheep country, to Mr Jamee Kcrr. of Dunback. On account of Mr J. D. Mathieson, of Waikoikoi, bis fine freehold property of 1082 acwe, to Mr W. J. McKontie, of ''Ikairia," Glenavy. This is the homestead block of the old ■'Rungahiivi" tstate and is an exceptionally good fattening and grain growing farm, being recognised ac one of the best in the famous Tapanui district. The homestead, outbuildings, and tino plantations are- a feature on this splendid residential property. On account of Mr W. J. Lavere, of St Andrews, hie freehold farm of 130 acres, to Mr P. J. O'Leary, of St. Andrews. This was part of the original Pankfield estate and is all deep rich land. On account of Messrs McKerchar Bros, of Woodlands, their freehold property of 19G acres eituated at Longuish, being sections 19 and 26, block VI.. Invercargill Hundred, to Mr A D. J. MoPhail, of Heriot. This is a good little property originally taken up in 1861 by the vendors' father ami used as n breeding farm for the wellknown McKercluar Border Leicester *tud. Oil account of Mr Xeil Macdonald, of Dipton, his freehold farm of npproxitnutely 230 acrea at the lower eiul of Castlprock Estate, to Messrs George Con ley and Sons, of Dipton, whoso property adjoins.
