Waipahi district, containing 3029 acres of sweet warm lying sheep country, to Mr Jamee Kcrr. of Dunback. On account of Mr J. D. Mathieson, of Waikoikoi, bis fine freehold property of 1082 acwe, to Mr W. J. McKontie, of ''Ikairia," Glenavy. This is the homestead block of the old ■'Rungahiivi" tstate and is an exceptionally good fattening and grain growing farm, being recognised ac one of the best in the famous Tapanui district. The homestead, outbuildings, and tino plantations are- a feature on this splendid residential property. On account of Mr W. J. Lavere, of St Andrews, hie freehold farm of 130 acres, to Mr P. J. O'Leary, of St. Andrews. This was part of the original Pankfield estate and is all deep rich land.
