At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Ms V. G. Day, 8.M., for riding bicycles after dark without carrying a lignt, John Cairns and L. Bowkett wore each fined 10s and coste.' Mulligan, driving, eaob 5b and coste. L. Saundera wae fined 20e and costs for driving a traction engine along in a rut on a public road. G. < W. .J. Husband and Wm..
