PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1901/' that a Meeting of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Lyttelton will be held in the Olonij-t Hall, Lyttelton, on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22nd, at 8 o'clock p.m.. to consider the proposals of the Council regarding the proposed Drainage Scheme, for which a Loan of £30,000 is required. NOTE.—The Statutory r.otices regarding the intentions to raise the said Loan were published in the " Lyttelton Times" newspaper on September 26th and October flrd, and in " The Press" newspaper on October 10th, and the final publication of the said notice will appear in " Th* Press" newspaper on October 17th.
