THE McCULLOUGH CASE.
4 ♦ Mr McCullough has so far received no reply from the Government to his letter in response to the second communication ironi the Minister. He informed a "Press" , roportor last night that until he received that reply he did not think ho would iddrese any public meeting on the question of the restriction- of the political rights of Civil Servants. He expected, howv ever, to receive a reply to-day. The* Doric and Maicikihi brandies of the Farm Labourers' Union have passed resolutions strongly disapproving of Mr McCuUough'e suspension.
