Thyne and J. liosonnyorth, for special priz&s and contributions. The balance-sheet shoved a credit balance of £4 12s 10d. Tho following officers were elected: —Patron, Mr (.'. G. Dalgety; president, Mr J. Kosomworth; vice-presidents, Me&'rs A. Malcolm, A. E. G. Rhodes, J. Grant, \V. P. Spencer, Thos. Thyne, H. Adams, W. DunJop, C. Hill. A. C. Bowb.vcs, J. Palk, H. J. Messrs Amos, Cook and M. Perkarski: haiulicappers, Messrs Kiesnowski. Perkarski and C Arps; delegate t-o North Canterbury Centre. Mr J. Perkarski.
