SENSATIONAL AFFAIR IN RUSSIA
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, October 9. Armed passengers .-travelling on the Dorpat-Walz Railway tried fo rob a banker carrying a largo sum of money. Escorting gendarmes opened fire, and ono robber, two passengers and one gendarme -were killed. Tho banker and a gendarme and several passengers wore wounded. The robbers jumped from the train and •escaped witihout iiny plunder.
