Ferguson: hon. treasurer, Mr Y. Donald; committee, Messrs P. Harvej*. W. J. Ke-rr, AY. Nicholson, T. Chapman, and Price; hon. auditor, Mr G. E. Rawnsley. It was decided to join the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association, and Mr O. A. E. Ferguson was appointed tho club's delegate to that body.
