Tiiomae Moehan, licensee of Glocson'e Hotel, was charged at tho Magistrate's Court to-day witli having committed a broach of the licon&ing laws on August 23rd by eerving liquor to persona other than boarders after closing hours, two charges being preferred. Defendant pleaded not guilty.
