The hearing of the contested divorco case of. Meyer v Mayer shd another, ■was continued at the Supreme Court on Saturday before Mr Justice Chapman. Mr Johnston appeared for the petitioner, William Joseph Mayer, Mr Hunt for tho respondent, and Mr Dougnll, with him Mr Cuningham, for the co-respondent, Jamee Arthur Lambert. • ". . Further evidence was given in support of the caee for the co-respondent. His Honour granted the decree nisi, I-with liberty to apply for a decree absolute after three months, with cost* on the highest scale against the corespondent, and £10 10s for second; .day..
