All sessions at the Skating Rink on Saturday were -well attended. At the
evening session, the judge's dwiuona in connection with the recent carnival were announced ac follows:—Beet poster, Miss Z. Gamble and Mr A. H. Regg (Nestles Milk Chocohte); book title, Miss Ptge (Nothing But Leaves); fancy drees, Mia K. Bligh (Shamrock); original, Mr L. Bsilsn (Christchurch Electric Tramways); comic, Mr J. Lowe (Scotch Whieky)." The last week of the season commences to-night, when a. half-mile handicap will be run.
