GRAND OPERA SEASON.

The Chrietchurch season of Mr George Musgrove's Royal Grand Opera Company will commence at His Mβjesty/s Theatre to-morrow evening. Tho principals of tho company are all artists new to this country, having been epecially selected for the tour by ■\Lr George Musgrovo, who, after hearing many artists at tho principal Continental theatres, selected twelve principals:—Mies Sara Anderson, Fraulein Johanna Heinz-e. Fraulein "Marie Stoeller, Signorina Mia Barckow, Fraulein Elizabeth Kuhnke, Herr Richard Oeser, Signor Maasimi, Herr Hans Mohwinkel, Herr Julius Runger, Herr Karl Studemum , ., Horr Fritz Rupp, and Herr Karl Foller. There is also a full grand opera chorus and orchestra under the direction of Herr Slapoffeki, the company numbering more than ono hundred and twenty members'. The productions in the way of scenic effects, costuming, and general mounting aro on a most complete and elaborate scale. Tho opening pmluction to-morrow evening will be Wagner's "Tannb.auser." On Wednesday evening "Romeo and Juliet" will be given, nnd during the first week "Lohengrin," '-Carmen," "The Flying Dutchman," "Faust," and a matinee of "Hansel and Grctcl". will be produced. Sevon complete operas will bo presented during tho short season of -thirteen nighta, and two matinoos. The opora to-morrow evening is announoed to commence at twenty minutpfl to flight, and the doore will be kept clos<»d during the performance of each act.
