MELBOURNE, September 7, Attention was celled in the House to certain members distributing the additional portion of their allowances among charities in their constituencies. Mr Hutchinson asked Sir W. Lyne to introduce v Bill to prevent what he regarded as bribery and corruption.
Mr Joseph Cook suggested they had better repeal the increased pay.
