ST. JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION.
Reporting to the secretary of Centre on the examination of Dr. E. A. Nathan's First Aid Class, conducted under the auspices of the St. John Ambulance Association, Dr Alice Moorhouse states:—The claes as a whole ha* done most excellent work. I am glad to say that there is not one failure. I must congratulate No. 3 (Miss E. O. Cookson) on getting full marks for her paper, and a total of over 90 per cent. Also No. 6 (Miss M. A. Maidens) for getting full marks in tho practical part of her examination, and * total of over 90 per cent.; also No. 12 (Miss Gera'dine Spooner), who gained a total otf 99 per cent, (full marks in the practical work); No. 3 (Miss E. C. Cookson and No. 11 (Miss I. G. Jj. Sheppard) have successfully passed their Medallion Examination. . I would further recommend the following for certificates of the Association:—Misses Olive M. Ballantyne, Nellie Congrove, and Gladys I. Piper, Mrs Alice J. Pochin, Misses Reese, Ida M. Salter, Florence M. Weir,, and Milicent M. White."
