Tho professional football team which leaves for England next month will wear black, like their predecessors, and will probably play matches in London and Wales against the Northern teams. The team subscribed £1300 among themselves, and £3000 bn.s been doposited by tho English Northern Union towards the payment-' of expenses. Tho "New Zealand Times" saye as many as nine or eleven "All Blacks" have joined tho venture. Killinchy defeated Dunsandel second fifteen by 9 points (2 tries and a penalty goal) to 6 (two trice). Mr Charles Wright was referee. The following will represent the coal merchants in a match against the butchers to-morrow afternoon at South Park:—Backs, Jones, MeCleary, D. Hewitt, Coombs, Nevin, Slattery, Sefton; forwards, Small, Haack, R. Hewitt, Cate, Wilson, Watts, Smith, Parrctt.
