The Westport Coal ' Company* *te_mer Canopns, which left Lyttelton at 4.45 p.m. on Saturday, arrived at Westport on Hunday night at 10.40 p.m- after a fast run of 29 hours 65 minutes. The Union Company* steamer Ta-iuni, which came out of dock on Saturday, and sailed at 4.25 P-m. for Weßtport. arrived thero at 11 o'clock on Sunday night, after a passage of 30 hour* 35 minutes. The .only arrival at Lyttelton -feet-day was the Wak.tu, which came in at a late hour last ruaht from Wellington, via Kaikoura. The Wakat. will sail again to-night for Kaikoura, Cheviot and Wefli-gton, The New Zealand Skipping Company* steamer Rimutaka, from London via way ports, left Wellington at 4.10 p.m. yesterday, and is due here early thi* morning to discharge the balance of her cargo from London. Tbe ve-apl load* froaen meat end general cargo at Napier. Timaru, Lytte'ton and Wellington, and sails finally from Wellington for London on July 4th.
