THE LATE HON. L. WALKER.
TO TIIE EDITOR OF "THE TRESS." Sir,—l notice that in your obitnarv of the Into Mr L. Walker, of Four Peaks, it is stated that that gentleman served in the Grenadier Guarrls, in India. Even if that regiment hnd over been in India this could not have been the caee, as Mr Walker was a "Company's," not a Queen's officer. I boHove ono or two regiments of the old Bengal Native Infantry -wero Grenadiers, if so the mistake is easiily accounted for.—Your, etc., , SEXEX.
