Intense frost is being experienced in the greater part of Europe, *_nd in many places the thermometer is below sere. The Danube is frozen. The weather in England is also affected. (Received January 24th, 9.14 p.m.) LONDON, January 24. The temperature in Iceland is 33 degrees above that of London. (Received January 24th, 11.5 p.m.) Lemberg (Austria) reports 46 degrees of frost, Berlin 41, Brussels 23, Constantinople 13, St. Petersburg 25, Vienna 20, Bucharest 45, Paris 17, London 5. Trains are snow-bound between Rome and Naples.
