"The Tribuno" (a Radical paper) says it would' welcome the same intimacy with Germany as with France if Germany's aims were in the same degree identical with tiboeo of Great Britain. TJio possibility of co-operation would begin if Germany could see any way to abandon her old rolo of convinced defender of Militarism and be lees resolutely pro-Islamic on such questions as Morocco and Macedonia.
