(FBE33 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDI!s T , August 13. Tho Hon. J. A. Millar arrived from the north this evening, and also tho Hon. 11. McNab, tho latter going cm to Gore by the second express. Both Ministers were interviewed and congratulated on Ibeir way down, and also on reaching Du-ncdin, but were very reticent on political matters, and it is believed that they will maintain the same reticsnee at to-morrow evening's banquets. The general impression is that littlo will be known of the Government policy until it is disclosed'in . the Governor's Speech at the opening of Parliament on Tuesday.
