A RECONSTRUCTED CABINET. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrignt. (Received August 12th, 4.31 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, August 11. The personnel of M. Stolypine's reconstructed Cabinet has been announced. As the result of pressure brought by the Court party, the new Cabinet is a purely bureaucratic one. Prince Vaesiltchikoff is the new Minister for Agriculture; Isvolsky, brother of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, is Procurator of the Holy Synod; and Filosopoff is Comptroller General.
