CONTRITE MUTINEERS.
WHOLESALE ARRESTS IN ST. PETERSBURG. (Received August 10th, 9.34 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. The Dashlaga-- mutineers have confessed contrition, saying that they acted under an erroneous impression regarding tlie freeing of the Russian people. They begged that the remaining officers resume command. Some of the bombs found in St. Petersburg wero charged with fri_c pounds of dynamite. Others have been found in Moscow. The leading members of all the Trades Unions in St. Petersburg, and ako two thousand Socialist revolutionaries, have been arrested. There is serious racial fighting going on at Shusha, in ' Trans-Caucasia, and there havo been seven hundred casualties.
