+ Mr V. G. Day, S.M., occupied the Bench at the Police Court on Saturday morning. Alfred Dory Ozior, chargetl with driinkennceis, said he was not drunk but onJy excited. The arresting constable eaid that accused was not excited, but "simply drunk." On the application of the police, a remand was I granted, accused being liberated oil his own recogniieances.
