Sydenham B easily defeated Linwccd B, at Sydenham Park, by 17 points to nil. Miirfitt, Taylor, Walls, and Jonrs scored trice for the winners, and Taylor added the major points to ono and kicked a penalty goal. Mr S. W. Binns was referee. At Svdenham Park Meriva'e A defeated Sydenham A b>; 10 points to 3. Soanes scored two tries for Merivale. and converted boh of them, and Smith scored the try for Sydenham. Mr X Dennis -acted as referee. _ The game between Linwood A and i Chrintchurch, played at the North Park, reunited in a win <or LLnwoou by 16 points to 5. Granger, Hancock, Howard, and C. Mo=>es scored tries, Ward converting two for the winners, and for the Irsers Morris scored anrt Deacon converted. Mr W. Mahoncy wfi-s referee. Lyttelton Pirates defeated N Battery at Lyttelton by 8 points fa goal : from « try and a try) to 6 pointe (penalty goal and a try).
