STATEMENT IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS.
(Received May 17th, 11.18 p.m.) LONDON, May 17. In the House of Commons Mr Runciman, Under Secretary to the Local Government Board, who represents the Foreign Ofl.ce in Sir Edward Grey's absence, stated that the Government had been informed that it was untrue that Germany has acquired Pulo Laut or established any station there.
