LADIES' GAMES.
On the North Park, Addington and the Girls' High School played a drawn game, no peore being regime rod. The match was keenly contested. SergeantMajor Farthing was referee. On the polo ground the St.. Paul's Ladies' Club did serviceable practice. \ A hockey match was played at Lyttelton en Thursday afternoon between teams representing the Lyttelton Jnnicie and the Hardware Juniors. The match resulted in- a win for Lyttelton hy 13 gov.fo to 1. Green (5), Patge (4). Con.sin«s (1), Clarkson (1), and Gillard (1) and Hllftdon t.l) scored for Lyttelton. and Sellai-s obtained the goal for Hardware. Mr Elliot was referee. A match Rangiora. v. Addington Junicic- was played on the ground of the fo:!!*; i en Thursday. Rangiora scored 3 goals (Rcdgcr.s, Smith and Bridget one ach) itntr Addimgton Juniors one .scored Smith. Mr D. B. Ellison was referee.
