A FLEET IN MUTINY.
PORTUGUESE WARSHIPS UNDER GUNS OF __RTS.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LISBON, April 19. Fire Portugese warships are anchored in the river Tagus, under the guns of the forts. Fourteen hundred seamem are confined in the barracks. It is alleged that undue severity an the part of the commander of the Dom Carlos caused the mutiny.
