COURSING.
The inaugural meeting of the Canterbury Coursing Club, to be held at Plumpton Park to-day and to-morrow, is attracting a lot of attention. Thirty-two dogs from various parts of tko colony aro engaged in the Plumpton Park two Tounds of which will be decided to-day, and the finals, with two other Stakes, to-morrow. The newly formed Plumpton is complete in every respect, while the hares are so strong aJid so well schooled as to ensure high-class snort. Coursing will oommenoe at 1.30 p.m.
