At tih© Nortili C&Jltorbury auction rooms yesterday the following land sake were effected:—To Kouka Estate, on account of Mr J. Dampier-Crcssley, 650 aeree, to Mr G. H. Roberts, of Oust, £15 per acre; 437 acres to Mr F. Power, of Hawardon., £18 10s p*vr aore; 2 acres 2r. 20p., in the. estate of G. Olist, Ohoka, to Mr T. Burgin, £80; 50 acres lr, to Mr Jno. Fergie, Tinwald, £25 per acre; o aoree 35p. to th» same buyer, £28 per aero. Account of the mortgagee in the came estate. 1 aore, to Mr S. L. Orchard, at £33. The company has also sold in the late Mr Smith-Howard's Eetato 48 acres on Rangiona and Woodend road at £40 per acre, and on account of Mr S. U. tlnwin, of Papanui, 1J acres and dwelling house, Victoria street, Itangiora, to Mr E. T. Muleock, Fiarton,, for £610.
