MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY SPORTS.
The prettily situated Governor's Bay Domain, at, Allandale, presented an animated appearance yesterday, on the occasion of tho Mount Herbert County sports. There was v. large number of people present, including visitors from Christchurch, Lyttelton, Gebbie's Valley, Teddington, and the Rays round Lyttelton harbour. Th; day was beautifully fine and an enjoyable time was spent by .-.11 present. The Lyttelton Marine Band, which was in attendance, played a number nf musical selections during: tho day.
