KIRWEE. The Kirwee sale was held on Thursday, owing to the usual day falling on Good Friday ; an entry of i ,200 coming forward, 2,200 being fats, about half of which were lambs; wethers and ewes in about equal proportion, making up tho balance. Tho greater portion of the lambs were on the light side, only a few linos being well finished, graziers socuring several lota for finishing off. In the store pens tho yarding consisted chiefly of dealers' travelled sheep, ewes being most in evidence, over 3000 being penned, the balance consisting of lambs and wethers in about equal numbers. Thero was a good attendance, but bidding was lacking in spirit, and the sale dragged throughout. Prioes, however, were about equal to late sales. Prices were as follows:—Fat wethers 17s 6d to 20s, tegs to las 6d, fat lambs 14s 6d to 16s 4d, fat crossbred ewes 13s 6d to 15s, fat Merino ewes Cs Id to 9s 3d, rape lambs 13s 4d to 14s 9d, stores lis 7d to 12s lOd, 4-tooth crossbred wethers 17s 2d to 17s s"d, 2-tooth halfbred wethers 14s 4d to 14s 10d, 2tooth crossbred ewes 15s 6d to 17s 9d, 4, 6 and 8-tooth 17s 3d, sound-mouth halfbred ewes 15s 4d to 16s 9d, aged B.s Bd, culls 4s, sound mouth Merino ewes 5s lOd to 0s lOd, failing mouth to aged 3s 5d to ss. Note-able sales were: For Harvey Taylor, 105 fat wethers 20s, A. Duthio 60 at 19s 9d, M. Egan 40 at 19s 9d, J. Hanlev 198 at 18s 9d, G. O'Malley 95 at 18s 4d, T. Leslie 22 tegs 18s (3d, J.
