WORKMEN CONDEMNED TO DEATH.
NEARLY 2000 POLITICAL PRISONERS AT MOSCOW.
ST. PETERSBURG, April 15. Two workmen have been executed at Warsaw for attempting to dynamite the Communal offices, and for desecrating the Caar's portrait. Eighteen hundred political offenders are imprisoned at Moscow.
