United Press Association—By EJ-ectrio Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, April 15. Two families of ten persons were dug out dive fiom a cave at Ot'taiano, where thero is twelve feet of ashes. A mother and a new-hern inifant were also rescued from tho ruins.
A frefill outburst has oeurred at Vesuvius, and demise Rihcr.vers cif ashes threaten to suffocate ih& inhabitants cf Ottaiano, San Giuseppe, and Terzigno, many of whom returned to their homes when the* first outburst subsided. All available transport has been hurried to these places.
