AUCKLAND RACING CLUB.
Amongst the many race meetings to be decided in the North Island during Easter week, the most important is that of the Auckland Racing Club, which starts to-day. The first-class support received from both local and visiting owners shou d ensure the suooes of the fixture. Probabla winners are:— Tradesmen's Handicap—Kose Madder. G.N Champagne Stakes—Zimmerman. Easter Handicap—Marguerite. Brighton Hurdles—Tahae. Eden Handicap—Bonomiana snd Carl Rosa. Onslow Handicap—Arai Te Uru. Pony Handicap—Lady Nannie. Tramway Handicap—Lucreoe and Takaroa.
