The Boer leaders, believing that Mr Wint-ton Churchill's recent speech on South Africa implies manhood suffrage, &r<\ now reminding the Rand Labour party that tho Kruger Government was their only friend. They are making fiemoo attacks on. the mining industry and tho capitalists, declaring the latter are trying to produce artificial depression in order to secure political domination of half the provincial and two-thirds of the city seats.
