ARMY MEAT CONTRACTS.

LONDON, April 10. In the House of Commons, replying to Mr H. Cox's question if the Government intends to oontinuo to prohibit contractors from supplying foreign frozen mutton for the army, Mr R. B. Haldane, Secretary of War, said he was of opinion that the quality and price of the meat should alone be considered.
