(2) The advisableness or otherwise of asking the Government to take coiiitrol of destitute children boarded out by the Board. (3). The appointment of another officer to act as as dstant-in'spsctor when required, and as a kind of labour agent to procure ■work for charitable aid recipients who aro desirous, but say they cannot obtain work. As to the* first matter, he said, he need not so fully into it, because it. would Ire discussed by the committee.
