The Cossaoka whipped the assistant fitationmaster to death. AN EDITOR SENT TO PRISON. ST. PETERSBURG, March.24. Alexis Sovrin, the editor of "Ruse," has been sentenced to a year'e imprisonment in a fortress, for an offence against the Press laws.
