THE GORE MOTOR CAR FATALITY.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) INVERCARGILL, Deoember 22. J. L. Whittingham was before the Bench of Justices at Gore to-day, on a charge of manslaughter, arising out of the death of Mrs Winsloe, in a collision between the accused's trap and a motor-car in the main street, Gore. The Bench decided that tho evidence did not disclose sufficient cause for sending Whittingham for trial by jury, and dis-, missed the charge.
