WAIHORA PARK SPORTS.

The annual sports of the Wcihora Park Sports Olub were held in the Waihora Domain en Saturday. The weather was fine and the attendance large. The programme, thougli a long on-o, provided a ruost interesting day's sport, the .races being keenly contested. In the twomiles bicycle race two of the riders who were in the lead, collided and cume to grief, and another rider ran into.a spectator, who was attempting to cross ihe track, and cauio down nmo. The hor.se events, though, run rather slow, provided one or two good linLsJies. The Prebbieton Band supplied tlio music during the day. The following are the results:— 150 yds ifaidoa Scratch—F.
