-♦ — On and after Monday next special sixpenny return excursions will be run to Sumner by the Tramway Board, available by the 10.5 tram from the Square and the trams from Sumner up to 6.10 p.m. The tickets will not be issued whilst any portion of the line is being reconstructed. Excursion trams at the same fare will also be run- to New Brighton as soon as the' new line 19 available for use. These excursions will not be run on Sundays or publio holidays. The amount of subscriptions to the Sanatorium for Consumptives to date is £2532 9s 9d. Further donations may be sent to tho chairman of the Executive, Mr H. J. Beswick, or the hon. treasurer, Mr H.
