The Powers having warned tho Balkan States that they will not tolerate any attempts to subvert the 6tatus quo in the Balkan PenieuLn, and hopo tho States will eecond their efforts to prevent anything calculated to encourage tho revolutionary movement in the Turkish provinces. Tho Powers' note has painfully impressed Bulgaria.
