Several men around mc are making a living from email orchards, properly spraying their trees, and sending nothing but sound fruit to tho maraeq. Sandwiched in between us in all directions aro small half-acre and acre blocks of fruit trees that aro one living mass of fungoid and insect posts, scale, bkch spot, and red spider, just "nurseries for disease. Now. sir, is this fair, to the industrious orchardis*? -. Where is the # inspector? Is he a myth? Doesn't'he mean to carry out Ms duties? What's he for, anyhow?— Yours, etc., RED SPIDER.
