A report ' from Saigon, dated Monday, etates that Admiral Jonquieree's -scouts located Admiral Rozhdestvensky's fleet, which, on leaving Hongkoto, sailed towards another bay to the south.. Admiral llozhdeetvensky. thereupon promised to weigh anchor immediately.
