THE OAMARU TOURNAMENT.
Tbe Bowling Tournament was continued at Oam—ru yesterday, Patterson's __ituna rink basting Bentley's Dunedin link by SO to 20 in the final lor the oitiiens' .prizes, and Sinclair's rink beating Thomson's for third prize by 23 to 21., In the final round for the Meadowbank prises Hewai's (Phoenix) rink beat Gray's (Port Chalmers) rink by 26 to 16. The final round for tho Phoenix prises leMi'.ted in McHutchison's (Timaru) rink beating Martin's (Oamaru) rink by 20 to 18. In the double-handed matches for the Association's prizes vv. L. Scott and McDougali (Christchurch) beat Thomas and Snodgrass (Ashburton) in the third round by 19 to 13, and Monsoa and Waddell (Phoenix) beat Craighead and Harrison (Ashburton) by 16 to 8. In the fourth round Scott and MoDougall were beaten by Black and Bentley by 13 to 12. The second and. third rounds for tht last try prises were also played.
