VICTORIAN LABOUR PROGRAMME.
MELBOURNE, April 24. The Political Labour Council Conference adopted. resolutions affirming that the ideal of the party is the gradual nationalisation of the means of distribution, and exchange, and in favour of a graduated unimproved land tax, with an exemption of £500, and the abolition of the Legislative Council.
