OFFICIAL DENIAL AT TOKIO. (Received October 30th, 5.9 p.m.) LONDON, October 29. It is officially declared at Tokio that Japan haa neither purchased nor ordered a single torpedo boat in England during the war. The presence 1 of torpedo boats with the fishing fleet is denied and ridiculed.
