Thia match was concluded at Hagley Park on Saturday, when the A teem won by an innings and 40 runs. On the first. day the B team scored 73 in their fir«t innings, while the A ieam made 112 for two wickete, H. ; E. Lawrence (49) and Whitta (16) being the not outs. Ore reauming Lawrence wa*.soon dismissed, but C. W. Garrard asatated Whitta to> take tho score to 157 before, the newcomer was disposed of.
