The trusted are empowered to carry on any business the deceased was conducting after providing annuities and bequests for relativea and others, ■ and £1000 each for the executors for their trouble. They are directed to sell his real estate,, and collect his personal estate in New South Wales and elsewhere than Tasmania, and out" of the net profits of such' role to pay any mortgages or debts from time to time occurring, the balance of such net profits to be placed in trust; in favour of • charities in the Commonwealth and New Zealand. Tho testator also gave for -die same purposes all tho moneys of his prize sweep consultation business, the claim whereto might be or "become barred.

The trustees havj conferred upon them the fullest powers of carrying on. the sweep business, and aro directed to divide the profits in ' the following-proportions: — David Hastio Harvey one-tenth, Thomas Lyons one-tenth, Edward Elliott Grant onetenth, William Joseph Adams one-tenth, WiHiam Alexander Finlay one-tenth, GerjulcV Joseph Barry one-twentieth, tho trustees-, of-Sir Edward Braddon, deceased, one-tmentieth. Sir Philip Fysh one-twen-tieth, Alfred Page one-twentieth, the estate of Henry Isadore Joachim Rooke, deceased, one-twentieth, John Bury Curran one-twentieth, Henry Thorp© (Sydney) one-twentieth, for distribution at the discretion of the trustees amongst the employees of the sweep business one-tenth, for tilie furtherance of the said business onetenth. The shares of any legatees falling in by death or otherwise, go to swell tho charity trusts. The will is dated March, 1901.
